LANDBACK originated during a pipeline protest in Canadian territory, first appearing on protest signs. Since then, the movement has resonated across Indigenous lands. It has inspired a generation of young Indigenous people to unite and strive for the same goal: protecting our ancestral lands, languages, and religions. LANDBACK is not just a fight for tribal preservation; it's a movement for the survival of our histories as a people, countering the gradual erosion of tribal borders and blood quantums. We are Indian Territory.
